Client: Allstar Financial Group Launch Project » www.allstarfg.com Skills Used: CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL, Javascript Project: I built out the Allstar Financial Group website using CSS-based layout (rather than table-based layout). In addition to building out the website, I also programmed many of the website's internal pages to be self-adminable by the client. I custom-coded the Current News section, the Career Opportunities section, the Contact Us page, and the Forms section. The Current News section allows the user to view both an HTML version and a printable version of each news item. The client can easily add news items through the administration area created for this section. In the Career Opportunities section, the client can add Career Opportunities through the administration area. The Contact Us page allows the client to add locations under different service categories. The Forms page allows the client to upload documents under different form categories for users to download. It automatically places an icon next to the link that denotes whether the form is a PDF, Word document, or web form. As with all of my programming projects, I integrated my programming with the layout and design of the website. |
