Beth DeTal commissioned me to create a logo for her book business under Usborne Books. She wanted a cat that looks like her cat that passed away, and she wanted big glasses like the ones she wears. She also requested that the logo look cute and whimsical. I added her nickname, “Book Lady Beth”, to the titles of the books. I also included some fun colors to the books and cute, rosy cheeks to the cat.
